Miss DAQmx in LabVIEW7.1

A frew days ago , My DAQmx work well,

But i cannot find where my DAQmx vis in function panel now,

I copy DAQmx VIS from another station to VI,lib directory, but i can not see them in function panel.

How can i resolve it?

Why not download the DAQmx installer directly from NI webpage?

I have DAQ 8.0 driver CD,  I think it must in CD,

after install DAQ 8.0 driver CD, but nothing happened.
