Just click on TOOLS+OPTIONS+SECURITY and uncheck the box "Warn me when other applications try to send mails as me"

Can you tell a bit more on this. I do not see any option to uncheck the warning message at all. By the way, which version of outlook are you using? mine is Outlook 2003

Thanks

Hi tigerB,

I am not sure where the security options are in Outlook 2003, but another option could be to use a program called ClickYes:

"Express ClickYes is a handy tool that runs in the system tray automatically clicks the Yes button for the Outlook Security security prompt, that asks you to confirm mail sending from third party applications. If you are using a program that causes Outlook to generate the prompt, you ll find this tiny tool very handy"

Here is one link on ClickYes but you may want to google yourself and see if there are other resources you prefer: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/clickyes.html.

Good luck!

I had the same issue of having to manually allow labview to send my automated email (not so automated that way).  I ended up downloading the advanced security patch, which allows the user to specify if they want a given program to have access to outlook or not.  After you run it the first time it should run without a problem.  Hope this helps.
