Measuring Thermopiles (Heat Flux and Thermocouplers) with NI9213

Hello,

I have one project with a lot of Thermocouplers, Heat Flux and Thermopiles.

I am using the module 9213 to measure all of this temperature sensors. To measuring the Thermocouplers  I'm using the vi "NI 9213 Convert to Temperature (Calibrated).vi" from LabVIEW Libraries with CJC (Cold Juntion Compensation) and Autozero and it works very well.

 When I want to measure Thermopiles or Heat Fluxes, I think that I should ignore CJC and Autozero and get the raw values in mV from the 9213 (without any library). However, the value of the Thermopiles when all the juntions are at the same temperature should be 0,0 uV and I get 0 to 50 uV (the same conditions).

Any one knows if I'm doing something wrong? Should I make some kind of compensation?
