Matrox P650 and dual monitor the help window crashes with #26, window.ccp, line 11527

I use LabView 6.1 and windows2000.
After installing a Matrox Millenium P650 and a second monitor, there is no labview help window anymore. I receive error #26 in window.ccp at line 11527.
