Mathscript plot into a subpanel

Hi,

I would like to integrate two mathscript generated plots into my application. Now they pop up in separate windows and I just want to check if there is a way to get these into a subpanel or any other way more nicely.

The workaround is of course to just take out the data from the matscript and plot it into graphs, but then I will have to replicate a lot of graph stuff programmed in the mathscript.
