Manufacturing Diagnostics Engineer (Austin, TX)
$80-90k
Design, develop, deploy and support test systems for electronic
products in foreign and domestic manufacturing facilities. Job
includes high-level functions such as defining manufacturing test
process flow and test network design as well as detailed design and
development of embedded software and PC software.
BSEE, or equivalent, and 3 + years practical work experience in the
area of manufacturing test development. Good working knowledge of
electronics. Experience working with complex embedded systems running
pSOS or similar real-t
ime operating systems. Strong hardware oriented
programming skills using C/C++ and Labview. Ability to use product
schematics and device data sheets to understand product functionality
and develop necessary test criteria. Experience writing communication,
data acquisition, and device control software. Linux or other UNIX OS
experience a plus.
