Case Selector is not wired.

You have a wire connected to no endpoints in the frame.  You need to expand your block diagram window down to see it.

 

I will note that the way I found these was to remove the Type Specialization Structure and then see how the VI was broken.  I could then revert the VI once I figured out the issue and then fix it.
