Linux LabVIEW Application On Computer Without LabVIEW

I am working with LabVIEW 2019 Professional for Redhat Linux 8.x.

I would like to create an application that will run on another Redhat Linux 8.x computer, which does not have LabVIEW or the required LabVIEW drivers (visa and a custom .so) installed. Is this possible?

I know on Windows, I can package the LabVIEW runtime environment in an installer for the executable, but I do not see that option for Linux.

What about a separate installation of LabVIEW Run-Time Engine on your second computer? It could be freely downloaded from here. Of course, if you're using VISA, then you will need to install its RTE also, which should be contained in NI Linux Device Drivers package. This is the article for how to proceed with the installation.

I do not typically work with Linux, and I was worried that I would need to install other general rpms to get the LabVIEW runtime to work.
