Thanks for checking this with LV8.6. I guess that's ultimately the solution is to move to 8.6. Of course I'd already be there; except the project I'm working on is a distributed real-time application with three cRIO processors and probably a thousand vi's and tackling the potential of unforeseen 8.6 issues is probably too much with my timeline.
I appreciate everyone's quick response to this issue and providing a sanity check for me.
Altenbach; thanks again for your confirmation, suggestions and putting this issue on the monthly bug thread; I didn't know such a thread existed on this board; so I've learned something very valuable.
