which tool keeps the designs made by the tools in the tools palette image?

Cause I need to draw some lines in an image and preserves them so that I can save the image with all the drawings made ​​by me.

Hello

Use the Overlay functions, then you can merge overlays on your images before saving them on any kind of format.
