Limit Testing/ changing reported failures.

This VI example almost does exactly what I want almost. 

 I want test for a dc level over a given amout of time.

I want to report how may times the level goes exceeds the upper or lower limit.

In this example it reports the area over and under the limit.

I just want to report the number of failures, I dont care about the area.

I added the upper and lower limit controls. They were not in the original example.
