If you do a search in the
"Help:Find Examples" using the keyword mouse you will find an example called Basic Input Demo.vi which shows how to get info from a number of input devices, including the mouse. In the lower part of the diagram, connected to the mouse refnum, is a vi calle Acquire Input Data.vi, with an output of "button 1" which is the left button pressed signal. On mine, with a Dell scroll mouse, button 2 is the right button.
The examples really is a gold mine of hints on how to use the various, sometimes obscure, features of LabVIEW and I recommend all users (not just new ones) to "prospect" . Some of the examples are a bit dated and could use an update, but frequently new ways to do things can be found in there.
