I check the https://www.ni.com/en/shop/labview/select-edition.html, the listed price is yearly cost,
If we have the old version license, updated to latest license, it is still yearly or permanent license?
If we pay one year cost, the Labview is still usable (Code, Debugger, Builder) after one year, or must pay another year to make it usable?

NI changed to "subscription" licenses, so you pay for one year and get the right to use LabVIEW for one year…
When you buy a new license then your old "permanent" license is replaced by the new "subscription" license.
(You still can use your old "permanent" license with old LabVIEW versions…)

Hi GerdW,
No option to buy a license which can be for many years without updating to new version?
It is costly to pay professional license every year.

There are "debug & deploy" licenses, which are still "permanent".
Read their license agreement to see if they fit to your needs…
(Did you miss the discussions about NI licensing changes in the last two years?)

Any question you can possibly have is probably covered somewhere in these 72 pages:

Hi GerdW,
Sorry, I involve Labview recently for updating our existing test system, not spend time for the license last two years.
Where is the "debug & deploy" licenses and "license agreement " ? Cost?

NI has also recently been bought by Emerson so there is a lot of confusion on what and how you can buy LabVIEW.
If you are ready to move forward with a purchase, it's best to just call them and ask for what you want.
