Labview to Control Triax 550 spectrometer

I am using Labview software to control the Tries 550 spectrometer.

When I try to find the Unique ID from the GetMono vi I get an error code: 2147221164. Along with "Class not registered  in JYGetMonos.vi" message. Any ideas how to resolve this?

You probably need to install their software as they expect to call a DLL that is installed with that software.

And you really should be asking the manufacturer since it is their driver.

Thanks for replying. I have asked the manufacturer and am awaiting a response. I was just seeing if anyone here knew the answer in the mean time to see if it was an obvious mistake.
