Labview not recognizing what port my elegoo uno is in

Hi, I am just trying to do some lab work for a class, but whenever I try to format my Elegoo Uno in the firmware wizard, it does not show which port it is in so I can not complete the simulation test to even start my program. First time using this but I thought I had everything installed.  It is saying I am missing drivers, but I checked and I have all the ones needed for my class. I am not sure if its a hardware or software issue. I am able to see that the uno is in COM 3 in my device manager, but lab view just can't see it. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

so you installed VISA as indicated in this error message?

Maybe not, but where do I download that? I could not find it in the VIPM menu.

It is not a VIPM item.  (VI Package Manager)

It is a set of drivers to download from ni.com.  If you have a slightly older version of NIPM  (NI Package Manager) that still has the browse function it it, you can find the device driver in there.
