Labview load error code 3

Saw the youtube video. Very impressive.

But I could not even open the file in Labview 2012. Did you just edited the raw file or something?

How you where able to open?!

Yes I had to edit the raw file, and since I have fixed this error numerous times I even had a VI which completely automated the process.  The raw file is like the jukebox, and I knew right where to give it a little smack.
