Labview integration problem with Braggmeter interrogator when requesting Full Spectrum acquisition

Hi all.

I am working with a Braggmeter interrogator from Micron Optics, a SM130, and I am making a new interface with Labview. I started experimenting the work modes of the interrogator by the examples provided with the driver, and it worked well for temporal based acquisitions. However, I wanted to work with acquisitions of signal amplitude across the full wavelength spectrum but not even the example works. I tried tinkering in the block diagram, but I can't get it to work. When the command "GET_SPECTRUM" is written, the response comes as "0" (with more zeros to the left), but I don't understand why. 

Am I missing some part of the configuration?
