Labview failing to start

Hi.

On starting LabView and launching the Getting Started Wizard I get the error,   Error -2147220286 occurred at nisyscfg.lvlib:IsSoftwareSetInstallable.vi

I've attached the screen capture in the file below.

Can you please assist in solving this problem as i cannot even begin using this program

What version of LabVIEW?  Where did you get the installation medium (was it a DVD as part of a specific distribution, did you download it, is it a full version, is it a Trial version)?

Have you tried opening Control Panel, finding NI Software, and doing a Repair?  [You'll need the installation medium, or media, if you try this].

It looks like something is missing for the myRIO hardware support - did you have the myRIO toolkit as a separate disc? I'd make sure I had LabVIEW RT & FPGA toolkits installed and the NI RIO / CompactRIO drivers installed.
