Hi, Im a little new to using OPC server/client arrangements and was looking for help on setting up comms between labview and the simatic opc server. Many thanks.

Search for OPC in the examples (Help>>Examples) there are a number of examples included.

 

Another easy thing to do is right click an indicator and go to properties>>Data binding.  Choose datasocket  and browse DSTP server for the simatic server and data.
