Labview Version 5.0.1 need to upgrade.

Hi! I have an example VI to read data from some shaft encoders. Only problem, the VI was written in LV version 5.0.1. I am currently running Labview 10.0.1 and 2011 therefore i cannot convert the VI's. Does anyone have a solution to this. Or would anybody be able to convert the VI's for me on an older version of LV?
