Labview Realtime IP assign and making install disk...

Hello...

1. How can I assign a static IP address to Realtime Target without using MAX and a host machine? 

2. I want to prepare a real time target install disk for end user. Is there a way to make an install disk for real time target? How can I install my program wihtout deploy it from Labview?

It sounds like you want the system replication tools.  Here is a link for that:

You will still need to have the LabVIEW runtime engine I believe.  I also don't really understand what you mean by not having a host machine?  How exactly would you like to transfer data to the real-time target?
