Labview License Activation Issue

Hi guys, I'm new to Labview and I have a few questions to ask. Hope anyone from here can help me.

1. May I know anyone that using NI Labview in Malaysia. If Yes, may I know who I can contact in Malaysia to ask for support ?

2. Currently my problem is The Labview  Professional Development System that I purchased for my project is Version 2020 which means already expired. If I want to renew this license who should I contact ?

3. As mentioned above, the version that I purchased is 2020 but I could not download the Labview version 2020 from Labview pages because it mention that the SSP to download the old version was expired. May I know who I can contact and what should I do now.

Hope anyone from here can help me because I stuck in this license activation caused my project delay.

Hi Yik99, I'm interested in your situation because there might be a license problem related to NI subscription update.

I have a confidence that there is NI office in Penang.

For 2nd your question, I GUESS you haven't registered your serial number on web.

Register Products to MyNI User Account

Why don't you try the registration?

When did you purchase LabVIEW2020?

I think you purchased "permanent" license so, no need to update your SSP.
