I hope you are all doing well.

I am kind a new to the LabVIEW environment and I have been trying to build AM modulator using VSB. I have looked through the internet trying to find any helpful information, but I did not find anything useful. 

So, kindly if you can help me to build the transmitter and the receiver for USRP regarding Am modulator using VSB I would be thankful.

Also, if you could provide me with helpful resources to gain more knowledge regarding LabVIEW.

LabVIEW is a programming language. Are you trying to do a simulation or use real hardware?

For software radio related questions, there is a dedicated forum that might be more suitable.
