I've run LabVIEW 8 on an HP Tablet. It was a little slow, but did run with no problems.

Your main limitation is going be processor speed and memory. The HP I used has a P3 933 and 256M Ram.

XP Tablet is really just XP with a few extras thrown in specifically for Tablet support/functions.

So you should be fine with LV 7.x as long as the Tablet specs meet the minimum requirments.

You should aware that with XP Tablet SP2 you may encounter a problem in closing the application (but there are workarounds).
You can find more information here and in the related posts.
