Labview 7.0 Upgrade

I am currently using Labview 7.0.

Could you direct me to a list of the feature differences in Labview 7.1.1 so that I can decide if I should upgrade?

If I decide to upgrade is it freely available and what issues might exist?

You can view the LabVIEW 7.1 Upgrade Notes but if you want a major upgrade that is certainly worth it, see what's new in the current shipping version of 8.0. Neither the upgrade to 7.1 or 8.0 are free.
