Labview 2018 installer gives a C++ runtime error

Have you tried other troubleshooting steps listed in this article? As a last resort, you could also try reinstalling Windows.

I tried to install it via Online-Installer with Region set to English (United States) after a new Windows update has been installed. Finally it worked.

Hello,

I am trying to install Labview 2018 (student edition) and there is also this error popping up. I also installed all the Windows Updates (I am running Windows 10 Version 1909 now). I set my Region to english (United States) and it still won‘t work. 
Does someone have an idea what else i can try?
