Labview 2017 got The ID Query failed using Tek AFG3252

I use labview to control the AFG3252 from tektronix. Sometime it's work very fine. But the software seems not very stable. The AFG3252 can't be query suddenly. But I can control it form Tek-Visa. So it seems the VISA interface from Labview  to the instrument have some problem. How to find the reason of this issue.?

The error message is below:

The ID Query failed.  This may mean that you selected the wrong instrument or your instrument did not respond.  You may also be using a model that is not officially supported by this driver.  If you are sure that you have selected the correct instrument and it is responding, try disabling the ID Query.

Does your *IDN? query require a termination character at the end of it such as a line feed or carriage return?  Did you include that character in the command?
