The LabView programmer will be required to develop control system under Host/Embedded RT Target configuration for a test equipment consisting of National Instruments hardware. Programmer will maintain, improve and write new code to control equipment, and manipulate and record data. Initially, new code will be added to an existing hardware / software system.
The LabView programmer should have the following skills / attributes
- 1-3 years experience writing and debugging LabView software for data acquisition and machine control.
- 1-3 years experience specifying, connecting, and configuring National Instruments and other hardware for data acquisition and machine control.
- Must be able to produce results with little supervisio
n.
- Basic knowledge of PID control and tuning
- Working knowledge of LabView and Labview RT 7.0
- Electric hardware knowledge on systems level
