LabView graphics and direct X9

There are some amasing 3D graphic engines out there, however I am a LabView fan, and want t continue using LabView with these graphic engines for the display of my engineering drawings.

Does anyone have experience with Direct X9 from within LabView?

Is there some sample code to ge me started?
