LabView Modbus Communication Rs232

Hi All,

I  try to communicate with a CO2 analyser from ABB via the RS232 interface and Modbus. I am reading the holding register 40001.
This is what my programme looks like:

After initialisation I get the warning 1073676294. There is no error in the reader module, but Holding Register is 0.
What have I done wrong?
