Microangelo works fine. Search the Web for that.

Second the motion on MicroAngelo. (www.impactsoft.com) It has a 30 day free
trial period and a $60 licensing cost.

I did have some trouble creating the 4 icon .ico file when I first tried it,
though. The trick is to use _just_ the Studio program (I mistakenly tried
to use the Librarian... made sense to me at the time!). Create your first
icon in Studio, then use Tools -> New Image Format and choose the next icon
type you need (ex: 16x16 Monochrome) with the radio buttons. Complete that
icon and then go back to Tools -> New Image Format again and choose the next
icon type you need. Do that until you have all 4 required icons created.
Then do File -> Save As and set the "Save as type" to "Icon Resource". That
should do it.

By the way, the first time y
ou open Studio, the file type is set to
something like 32x32 True color. You can get rid of that icon by first
creating an icon of the type you want (again Tools -> New Image Format) and
then selecting the icon you want to get rid of and doing Tools -> Remove
Image Format.

Hope this helps.
