1. Is there any LabVIEW Real-Time Desktop Deployment license  for evaluation purposes

 or it is part( add-on) of LabView.

Hi Zalmay

There is not an evaluation of the installers for a dektop to run ETS. Also, LabVIEW RT (a module for LabVIEW) is necessary to program such a target.
