LabVIEW Project, 'save as' is ghosted. Why?

I have a LabVIEW project that I would like to rename (save as), but the file / save as is ghosted.  Can not find the reason why.

Can you give us any additional information, pictures, etc?  Are there any conflicts that need to be resolved first?  We aren't magicians here.

I did have a conflict, thought I had taken care of all of them.  Problem resolved.

I did not think a picture of 'save as' ghosted would serve any purpose.
