LabVIEW PDA module version 8.2 availability

I just received August 2006 NI Developer Suite including LabVIEW 8.2.

The LabVIEW PDA module (CD #41) shipped is version 8.0 whitch CANNOT BE INSTALLED with LabVIEW 8.2 Core.

Is it a joke or a mistake ?

When LabVIEW PDA module version 8.2 will be available ?

The way I understand it, the developer suite CDs always include the most recent versions of the toolkits. Since PDA 8.2 isn't out yet, they sent 8.0 instead.

I have no idea when 8.2 is supposed to be released (some of the documents are already on the site) but the one major change about this version that people should know about is that NI dropped support for PalmOS devices, so if you are using those, you will either need to move to PocketPC or remain with 8.0 PDA.

You could try asking your local NI rep about release dates. It should probably be relatively soon (if not already).
