LabVIEW Modbus Drivers as Server.

I need to configure my PC (Modbus Labview ) as Server and i have a device (Clent) works on TCPIP. When i try to open a tcpip connection using Modbus drivers Error 56 is comming. When i try to open connection and read data through modsim32 its working fine. Please let me know how do i configure my PC as server and establish the communication. IP addr server 128.0.0.25 and IP addr client 128.0.0.3.
