LabVIEW Installation Issue

I have made a LabVIEW build which runs fine on my computer at home and other computers at work, but it fails at my colleagues computer. The installation is successfully complete, but I am not able to open the executable file.

Please find the attached documents regarding this issue and let me know how to resolve this issue.

Thank you very much!

Your colleague's computer is configured differently (but how?) from yours and the other computers where this code works.  Here's what we don't know (because you didn't tell us):

  • What OS are you running?  Windows 10 or 11?
  • What version of LabVIEW are you running (tell us 32-bit or 64-bit, LabVIEW Development version (e.g. LabVIEW 2026 Q3 and LabVIEW Runtime version (which might not be the same as Development)?  Tell us about your PC first, then the "working" colleagues' PCs, and the PC of the one that doesn't work.
  • What hardware Drivers are installed for Development, working "other" PCs, non-working PC?

Can you provide a (simplified) version of the main VI, preferably in a version of LabVIEW that is "Saved for Previous Version" (many of the "experts" on this Forum can handle LabVIEW 2021, maybe even 2024?).,  Find the folder with the Main code and compress it (I don't remember the command in Unfriendly Windows (11)) and attach the .zip file.

The "what appears to be text" files are unreadable.  Attach the actual text files!
