LabVIEW: Generic error.

Hello,

 

I followed the instruction on this link http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/370622H-01/lvrtconcepts/deploying_running_vis_rttarget/ to Cleaning out NI Scan Engine Configuration Settings on cRIO-9022. However, after that when I tried to connect the target to redeploy the settings I got several error messages "LabVIEW:  Generic error."  cRIO-9022 does not work properly after it, does anyone have an idea of how to solve it?

 

I have attached a screenshot to show the error messages.

Hi Carl, 

 

What symptoms were you seeing before you cleaned out the NI Scan Engine Configuration?  Did you try either of the earlier steps in the instructions?

 

Based on the help document, I would recommend step 4 - reformat and reinstall software on the target.
