LabVIEW Executable Application Installation on Windows 2000

Hello,
I have developed an application in LabVIEW and created its Executable for Distribution.
Works without errors under this Environment--
Development System : Windows 98 , LabVIEW 6i, NI-DAQ driver software.
Installation Target System : Windows 98, Winodws ME

And the same installation copy, when I install on Windows 2000 System, the application opens with its UI, but does not react neither to any of my Keybord activities nor to Mouse clicks.

Any help to resolve this Error to get my application executed on windows 2000, would be great appreciated.

Windows 2000 is NT based, whereas 98 (and ME?) are not. Therefore, you can consider these to be two different platforms, in some cases.

I would suggest installing LabVIEW on a Windows 2000 Platform and recompiling and rebuilding the application on that platform.

Note: There are only a few functions that are different between the two platforms. I have developed quite a few applications on both platform simultaneously (Windows 2K onsite, Windows 98 otherwise) with no problems (other than DLL calls not working...)
