LabVIEW Example "Send Email using SMTP Client.vi" doesn't work. I receive ERROR 56, some type of time out error.

Unfortunately, you provided very little details for us to be able to help you.

Is it possible that a firewall is blocking access to your SMTP server?  What SMTP server are you using?

There are millions of possible reasons why something doesn't work. We cannot narrow it down for you.

It the SMTP server configured correctly? Is it down or misconfigured? (Is this a public server or your own?)

Is the port correct?

How about all other settings (Security, authentication, etc.)

Does your ISP use proxies?

Do you use any security software that filters incoming/outgoing mail via a local proxy?
