LabVIEW DSC: Upgrading MSSQL Express Server?

I have a stable set of code running in LV 2019, using the Datalogging and Supervisory Control module to share data across 7 workstations and a network of instruments.

The problem is that the original installation of the DSC installed MSSQL Server Express 2008, which is now obsolete and considered a major security vulnerability on our network.

I installed MSSQL Server Express 2012, but cannot figure out how to move the Citadel dbs from the original install to the new MS2012 server; all the security scans still show it as running on 2008. 

Any guidance on how to move the db (or the proper steps to upgrade the server) would be immensely appreciated.
