Hi, we are using the "LabVIEW 2017", and we found in the forum "LabVIEW Idea Exchange" two implementation of documentation:

Hi neovulka,

For the website links, if you start typing "http://" or "https://" in a comment, it should turn into a link.

For the advanced commenting, I'm not sure how it was implemented. But you can "connect" a comment to a block diagram element. Hover over it and click on the arrow, or right click the comment and select "attach label to object".
