I am having trouble activating my product (LabVIEW software for FRC). When I go to NI license manager and try to activate it with "Check my account for licenses" it tells me there is no license associated with my account. When I try to activate it with a activation code my computer ID only gives me 16 number, exp; xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx . When I try to activate it through my NI account, it asks me for a serial number. When I go to my NI License Manager and try to search for a serial number in "Local Licenses" where it should appear in the serial number section, nothing appears. I am lost, and have tried numerus trouble shooting steps. If you can help, please feel free to contact me. Thank you.

Are you sure your license was connected with the right account?
It happened to me that the license was registered under the email of our purchasing department, instead of mine and as a result there were no licenses available to me.
