I see "native package building" touted as a new feature for LabVIEW 2019 but nowhere do I find a definition of what that means and how it differs from LabVIEW 2018. Can someone explain this or is it one of those marketing phrases? All the hits I've found include the phrase "native package building for easy code distribution", as though they were cut-and-pasted from the same press release.

Hey wildcatherder,
Sorry this wasn't more clear By native package building, it is referring to the ability to build projects straight from the Project Explorer without installing any additional packages (ie LabVIEW Package Builder).
Right Click Build Specifications > New > Package.
Hope this helps!
