LabVIEW 2019 System Exec throwing Error 87?

Hi,

I am trying to download to a BGM11 using a Segger J-Link via a PY script using Sytem Exec.

I'm positive that the directories are correct, and I know the PY script is OK. I can't figure out why I am getting this error.

Update:

So I have verified that I can run the PY script from the CMD terminal. Both Python, & the Segger program are working fine within the terminal. I am using the exact string that feeds into System Exec. in the terminal to download to the BGM111 chip.

I know that the EXE works on a production PC at the shop. I am working from home, and can't get this to work on the PC I'm using here. Is there something that isn't installed on this system that should be? What would prevent System exec. from talking to the terminal properly?

So there must have been something missing or corrupted in my LV install, as refreshing the install solved the problem.
