Hallo,

I'm going to use LabView Community 2020 SP1. The download is 32-bit software. Can I use it on a 64-bit Win10?

Yes!

Just to elaborate a tiny bit, ANY 32-bit application can be installed and run on Windows 10 x64, provided it meets the requirements to run on Win10, period.
