LV2010 won't even OPEN in LV2011!

I tried to include the included VI, generated in a LV2010 service pack 1 environnement, in a LV2011 project, and it won't even OPEN! I just get a 'bip' sound and that's it!

Has someone the knowledge to help me figure out what I'm doing wrong?

have you tried to open the VI without a project?

At least the attachement of yours works fine with my LV 2011, but is broken since it is obviously part of a class.....

PS: Maybe you want to create a 2010 backup of the files and then perform a mass compile on all sources of the class using LV 2011

Indeed, the VI at least opens broken if openened without a project.

Mass compiling hasn't solved the problem, however. The problem arises perhaps because I wanted to create a child element of the NI_HTML class, e.g. I had to modify the original LV2010 NI_HTML lvclass. Or how can I create a child of NI_Report class that works as a NI_HTML class, but that is located in another file?

can you verify if the mass compile fails due to missing block diagrams?

If so, you will need the dedicated 2011 Office Report Generation toolkit.....
