LV2009- Support Folders for EXE builds

When a standalone EXE is built in LV2009 the following three folders are added by default when a Report function is used :

NI_HTML

NI_Report

NI_Standard Report

Verifying these folders reveals they have something like 30 odd VIs and most of them identical. Why does the Report function alone do this ? Is there anyway to merge these VIs as part of the build so that when mailing it to someone, it is enough if we send the EXE, Alias and Data folder ??

I'm assuming you brought this project file from an older LV version? This is a compatibility setting which you can change by changing the Use LabVIEW 8.x file layout option on the Advanced page of the build configuration. You can see more details in the help for it.
