LED???

Hi!

I'm very new to Labview. I'm creating a program that measure a tank volume,
and I need a leed to light when the volume is getting close to the top. How
can I get the LED to lighten? I can't get anything to connect with the led.

Thanks for any replys in advance.
And please send a copy of your answer to my e-mail.

Connect a comparator to the line which ist connected to the numeric
indicator which shows the tank volume.
Connect the second input of the comparator to a numeric constant (the
limit "close to the top").
Connect the output of the comparator to the LED.

Right-click on the LED on the Front Panel, and Create -> Local Variable.

On the Diagram, the variable should have a white border by default, if not,
right click on it and "Change to Write Local" (you can either only write or
only read from each LV)

Now, when the tank is almost full, just wire a constant T or F into the
variable.

Note: The LED in LabVIEW isn't that good. I might be fun to learn how to edit
this and create your own LED button. I have one I just made if you want it
