Let's be entirely honest here.  Do you believe you gave us anywhere near enough to help you?  An out of focus picture of your screen (rather than a screenshot) makes it very difficult to tell what you're doing.

It looks like LV caught the crash.  It also appears you're running an executable rather than the dev environment.  Did you develop this?  If not, you should be talking to your developer to have them work with you to fix it.

If you developed this, get ready for a bunch of questions you'll want to be able to answer before you can get any meaningful help.

Does this crash also take place in the development environment?

Does this crash take place on the development machine or only the deployment machine?

Does it take place on all deployment machines or only a subset?

What are you doing in the program, as a whole?

Does the crash occur when you do the same thing in the program or does it appear more random?

Which version of LV?

What OS (to include bitness)?

Are you calling any DLLs?

How long does the crash take to happen?
