Keithley Interface

Can someone tell me how to interface a Keithley SourceMeter to a GPIB
port using labview...I have drawn down a simple program, but am not
able to find the GPIB address to be entered..How do I find it ????
Someone pls help me out...

1. Look for a driver through the NI website
2. Look on keithleys website for a driver or manual
3. See if you can find the manual that came with the instrument
4 Call up Keithley and see if they can send you a manual or driver

Hi Keith,

if you mean a K2400 � SMU or one of it�s derivates the default GPIB � addr. is 24.
I suggest to download the kisrcmtr.llb from KEITHLEY ( includes all the needed sub.vi�s for control of Source Meter�s). As I started using this instrument this .llb was not available � meanwhile I have a library of vi�s for different operation modes (voltage + current-sweeps e.t.c.).
Find attached a small init.vi made for Voltage-mode�init (one step back to LV6.0-version).
